Trial returns must be sent back in the original box with all supplied components and accessories, including all original protective packaging. Please keep the box and any protective inserts, padding, covers and wrapping supplied with your product throughout the trial. For pre-orders, the trial starts on delivery.

We provide a prepaid label and free return shipping and handling, with a full product refund and no return, handling or restocking fees or deductions. Follow the care instructions supplied with your product. Our strollers feature removable, washable fabric, and our car seats have removable, washable covers. Check the instructions for each component before washing, as cleaning methods can differ between fabrics, padding and other parts.
