what is your return policy?

30-day risk-free trial. Love it or your money back. All products bought directly from our website for delivery in Australia or New Zealand are covered. You can use the product with your pet; normal trial use and pet hair do not disqualify a return.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Trial returns must be sent back in the original box with all supplied components and accessories, including all original protective packaging. Please keep the box and any protective inserts, padding, covers and wrapping supplied with your product throughout the trial. We provide a prepaid label and cover return shipping and handling. You receive a full product refund with no return, handling or restocking fees or deductions. A whole-order return also includes the original standard delivery charge.

Who can enter. Australian residents aged 18 or over. Entry is free. One entry per person.

How to enter. Between 8:00 am AEST on Saturday 17 October 2026 (9:00 am Melbourne time) and 5:30 pm Melbourne time on Sunday 18 October 2026, submit your first name, email address, and whether you have a cat, dog or both through the entry form. You must agree to receive UppaPets Australia marketing emails and confirm your email through the message we send you. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The prize. One beige UppaPets Hybrid pet stroller, valued at A$498. The promoter will arrange delivery within Australia at no cost to the winner.

The draw. A winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries, with each entry having an equal chance. The draw will be conducted online by the promoter at 8:00 pm Melbourne time on Sunday 18 October 2026. You do not need to be present to win.

Winner contact. We will email the winner on Monday 19 October 2026. The winner’s name will not be published publicly. The winner must provide an Australian delivery address so the prize can be sent within 28 days of the draw.
