What makes Uppapets different?
Uppapets brings comfort and everyday practicality together across pet strollers, car seats and accessories. From suspension and easy folding in our strollers to washable car-seat covers and reversible comfort accessories, each category is designed to make bringing your best mate along easier.
How do I know I’m choosing the right size?
For strollers and car seats, check both the maximum pet weight and product dimensions. Measure your pet sitting and lying down, allowing room to settle comfortably. For accessories, check the listed compatible models before ordering. Our team can help if you’re unsure.
How do I clean and care for my Uppapets product?
Follow the care instructions supplied with your product. Our strollers feature removable, washable fabric, and our car seats have removable, washable covers. Check the instructions for each component before washing, as cleaning methods can differ between fabrics, padding and other parts.
Is Australian shipping free?
Yes. Australian shipping is free. For New Zealand orders, delivery rates are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Australian delivery is estimated at 2–13 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We’ll email tracking when your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
30-day risk-free trial — love it or your money back. All products bought directly from our website for delivery in Australia or New Zealand are covered. You can use the product with your pet; normal trial use and pet hair do not disqualify a return.

Our pet car seats have ISOFIX attachments. Check that your vehicle has suitable ISOFIX anchor points in the intended seating position, and follow the supplied installation instructions before travelling.
Can I use the pet car seat outside the car?
