How do I clean and care for my Uppapets product?
Follow the care instructions supplied with your product. Our strollers feature removable, washable fabric, and our car seats have removable, washable covers. Check the instructions for each component before washing, as cleaning methods can differ between fabrics, padding and other parts.
Is Australian shipping free?
Yes. Australian shipping is free. For New Zealand orders, delivery rates are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?

Are Uppapets strollers easy to fold and transport?
All four Uppapets stroller models fold down for storage and transport. Their folded dimensions and weights differ, so compare the specifications with your car boot’s opening and usable space. Consider the stroller’s weight too, especially if you’ll be lifting it regularly.
What accessories come with an Uppapets stroller?
